Kathi Buckner, REALTOR®, is the founder of Elite Real Estate Pros.

Born and raised on a farm in State Center, Iowa, hard work, dedication to family, and caring were just part of the daily chores. She moved to Fort Collins, Colorado, after her schooling in graphic design and event coordination. Her caring approach to customer service, communication, and detail were evident. It was in Colorado where she met her husband, Neal.

Neal’s family was in the real estate business and Neal and Kathi moved to Casa Grande in 2000, where they worked together in real estate and property management, opening their own real estate company in 2010.

With Neal’s passing in 2015, Kathi has transitioned to the listing and sales side of the business. She continues to provide the ultimate in client satisfaction, which has always been a trademark of Elite Real Estate Pros.

Her Midwest values portray the service and communication she so richly desires when dealing with clients. Her roots are deep in her faith, honesty, and genuine caring.

Having lived in the Mission Royale Active Adult Village since 2004, Kathi specializes in Active Adult Communities, working with her brokers as a team, and is uniquely qualified to provide you with a level of service and integrity that will not disappoint.
